Browser & Device Compatibility
Hokai is built as a modern web app. It works best on recent browsers and devices.
Browsers
Recommended — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (latest versions). We test on these.
Mobile browsers — Safari (iOS) and Chrome (Android). The Hub is responsive with a bottom tab bar on smaller screens.
Older browsers — May work but are not officially supported. Update to the latest version for the best experience.
Devices
Desktop — Full experience. Sidebar navigation, command palette (⌘K / Ctrl+K).
Tablet — Responsive layout. May show mobile-style navigation on smaller tablets.
Mobile — Bottom tab bar, condensed layout. Core features (Smart Match, My Stack, Directory) are available.
Screen Size
The layout adapts at 1024px. Below that, the sidebar becomes a bottom tab bar or More menu. If something looks broken, try a different browser or device.
