Troubleshooting Account Access
Login Failures
Wrong password — Double-check caps lock and spelling. Use Forgot password if you do not remember.
Wrong email — Ensure you are using the email you signed up with. Check for typos.
Account not found — If you never verified your email, your account may still exist. Try logging in. If it fails, you may need to sign up again with the same email (some systems allow this).
Password Reset
Request a reset — Use the Forgot password link on the login page. Enter your email. We send a reset link.
Check spam — Reset emails sometimes land in spam. Check your spam folder.
Link expired — Reset links expire after a period. Request a new one if yours expired.
Did not receive — Wait a few minutes. If nothing arrives, contact info@hokai.io with your account email.
Email Verification
Did not receive — Check spam. Verification emails can be filtered.
Link expired — Request a new verification email if possible. Or contact info@hokai.io.
Can use before verifying — You can use the platform before verifying. Verification helps us ensure your email is valid.
Locked or Blocked Account
We rarely lock accounts. If you believe your account is locked, contact info@hokai.io with your email and what happened.
