Creating Your Account
Hokai accounts are free. Create one to access Smart Match, My Stack, the Model Directory, and the full platform.
How to Sign Up
- Go to the signup page (link from the homepage or login page).
- Enter your display name — how you want to be identified in the app.
- Enter your email — must be valid. This is your login and where we send verification and password reset links.
- Enter a password — at least 8 characters. Confirm it in the second field.
- Click Create account.
If signup succeeds, you are logged in and redirected to the Hub (dashboard).
What We Collect
- Display name — For personalization and identification in the app.
- Email — For login, verification, and account recovery.
- Password — Stored securely (hashed). We never see your plain password.

Login Options
Currently, Hokai supports email and password only. Social login (Google, etc.) is not available. Use the same email and password you set at signup to log in.
Email Verification
We send a verification email after signup. You can use the platform before verifying, but verification helps us ensure your email is valid and reduces spam. If you did not receive the email, check spam. For resend or issues, contact info@hokai.io.
After Signup
You land on the Hub — the main dashboard. From there you can:
- Run >Smart Match
- Browse the >Model Directory
- Add tools to >My Stack
- Complete your >profile
Forgot Password
If you forget your password, use the Forgot password link on the login page. Enter your email and we send a reset link. Click the link and set a new password.
