Setting Up Your Profile

Your profile helps personalize your experience. Hokai accounts are free — you create an account to get the full experience of Smart Match, My Stack, and the directory. We do not charge for accounts or for using Smart Match or My Stack.

Where to Find Your Profile

Click your avatar in the top-right of the Hub, then Profile. Or go to /hub/profile.

Profile Sections

Basic Info — Display name and email. Display name is editable; email is shown for reference (changes may require verification).

About You — Job title, industry, and country. Optional. Fills in context for recommendations.

Your Setup — Platforms you use (e.g., Notion, Slack, Google), monthly AI budget, and technical level. Optional. Helps Smart Match tailor suggestions.

How Profile Data Is Used

Profile data can influence Smart Match results when the system has enough context. Budget, role, and technical level help narrow recommendations. The more you share, the more tailored the output — but you can leave fields blank and still get useful results.

Connected Accounts

Currently there are no connected accounts (e.g., Google, Slack). If we add them, they will appear in profile or settings.
